1. Nature of Payments

Payments made through our website or directly to ABI Group are for the following services:

• Plot booking and token advance
• Documentation and registration support
• Construction stage payments
• Real estate project development services

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends entirely on the terms specified in your Sale Agreement or Booking Form.

Booking amounts may be refundable or non-refundable as per the agreement signed between the customer and ABI Group.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@abigroups.co.in along with relevant documents (Sale Agreement, payment receipts, etc.).

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are governed by your Sale Agreement or Booking Form.

Cancellations initiated by the customer may be subject to deductions as per the agreement terms.

Force majeure events (natural disasters, legal restrictions, etc.) may affect cancellation and refund processing.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

In case of delays, customers will be notified via email or phone.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the agreement:

• Booking fees (if specified as non-refundable)
• Processing and documentation charges
• Legal and registration fees

6. Disputes & Resolution

In case of disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, customers may reach out to our support team at info@abigroups.co.in.

All disputes will be resolved as per the terms of the Sale Agreement and under the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
