This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to ABI Estates Pvt Ltd, ABI Realtors Pvt Ltd, ABI Construction Pvt Ltd, and ABI Enterprises.
Payments made through our website or directly to ABI Group are for the following services:
Refund eligibility depends entirely on the terms specified in your Sale Agreement or Booking Form.
Booking amounts may be refundable or non-refundable as per the agreement signed between the customer and ABI Group.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@abigroups.co.in along with relevant documents (Sale Agreement, payment receipts, etc.).
Cancellation terms are governed by your Sale Agreement or Booking Form.
Cancellations initiated by the customer may be subject to deductions as per the agreement terms.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, legal restrictions, etc.) may affect cancellation and refund processing.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
In case of delays, customers will be notified via email or phone.
